摘 要:火炮自动机中的关键零件一般具有型腔复杂,精度、硬度(洛氏硬度45HRC~50HRC)要求高的特点,属于高精度、高硬度难加工零件,特别是零件上的空间曲面槽更是机械加工的难题。以某火炮自动机中的关键件——滑板为典型实例,探索外形不规则、具有复杂型腔零件的高精度空间椭圆曲面槽加工工艺,从工艺流程、工艺装置和刀具设计以及具体操作方法几方面综合考虑,提出解决方案;该方案在三轴加工中心上利用辅助轴并配合工艺装置实现了零件高精度空间椭圆曲面槽的加工。该方案的实际应用效果良好,已在多个项目研制中得到推广应用。Crucial components of automatic cannons typically have the feature of complex cavities,high precision and hardness(45 HRC~50 HRC).Thus they are hard to machine,especially spatial surfaces and cam grooves on them.One of the crucial components of an automatic cannon—the slide,was taken as an example,through which machining techniques were explored for high precision spatial elliptical surfaces with irregular shapes and complex-cavity components.A variety of factors have been considered including processes,the design of processing devices and cutting tools,specific operating methods.A solution that realizes the machining of spatial surface was concluded,in which a three-axis machining center was used with the help of an auxiliary axis and other processing devices.This new method is high applicable and effective.It has been promoted and applied to several projects already.
