壮医莲花针拔罐治疗变应性鼻炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨壮医莲花针拔罐治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的临床效果。方法选取100例AR患者,按照随机数字表法分为A组、B组,每组50例。A组接受壮医莲花针拔罐治疗,B组予辅舒良鼻喷雾剂喷鼻治疗。两组均以10 d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程,每个疗程间隔1周。对比两组患者疗效,治疗前后特异性免疫球蛋白E(sIgE)、白三烯(LT)、Th1/Th2细胞因子水平,治疗前后相关症状积分,以及不良反应情况。结果A组的疗效明显优于B组(P<0.05)。治疗后,A组的sIgE、LT、Th1/Th2细胞因子水平均低于B组,相关症状积分均低于B组(均P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现晕针、感染、过敏等不良反应。结论壮医莲花针拔罐治疗AR疗效显著,可有效降低患者的细胞因子水平及相关症状积分,具有副作用小、经济、简单可行等优势,适合临床进一步推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of lotus needle cupping therapy of Zhuang medicine for treating allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 100 AR patients were selected and assigned to group A and B according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Group A received lotus needle cupping therapy of Zhuang medicine,whereas group B was given treatment of flixonase aqueous nasal spray.Both groups were treated with 10 d as a course of treatment,and there were 3 courses of treatment in total,with an interval of 1 week.Efficacy,specific immunoglobulin E(sIgE),leukotriene(LT),Th1/Th2 cytokines levels,related symptoms scores before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Group A yielded a significantly superior efficacy to compare with group B(P<0.05).After treatment,group A yielded lower sIgE,LT,and Th1/Th2 cytokines levels,as well as lower related symptoms scores as compared with group B(all P<0.05).No adverse reactions such as acupuncture syncope,infection,and allergy occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Lotus needle cupping therapy of Zhuang medicine for treating AR has a significant efficacy.It can effectively decrease levels of cytokines,and reduce scores of related symptoms,with slight side effect,economic,simple and feasible advantages.Thus it is suitable for further clinical promotion.
