基于EPS的城市勘测院信息化测绘体系建设研究

摘　　要：21世纪测绘部门逐步进入信息化测绘阶段,本文分析了测绘产品更新滞后、更新不及时的现状,提出了基于EPS生产办公信息化系统实现基础地理数据生产、动态更新入库流程化,强化生产流程信息化,扩展报表统计功能,并增加测绘生产办公流程管理、测绘生产进度信息采集、测绘生产质检流程管理信息统计的功能。探索城市勘测类测绘单位从生产型测绘向综合服务型测绘转型升级,开展信息化测绘体系建设,在数据获取、数据处理、数据服务及社会应用等方面进行研究,解决测绘地理信息数据生产与需求的矛盾,突破测绘地理信息资源整合与共享利用的瓶颈,从整体上提高测绘地理信息综合服务能力。In the 21 st century, the surveying and mapping department has gradually entered the stage of information-based surveying and mapping. This paper analyzes the current situation that the updating of surveying and mapping products lags behind and is not timely. It puts forward the production office information system based on EPS to realize the basic geographic data production, dynamic updating and warehousing process, strengthen the production process information, expand the report statistics function, and increase the management of surveying and mapping production office process and surveying and mapping production progress information collection, mapping production quality inspection process management information statistics function. Explore the transformation and upgrading of surveying and mapping units from production-oriented surveying and mapping to comprehensive service-oriented surveying and mapping, carry out the construction of information-based surveying and mapping system, conduct research in data acquisition, data processing, data service and social application, solve the contradiction between the production and demand of surveying and mapping geographic information data, solve the bottleneck of integration and sharing of surveying and mapping geographic information resources, and improve surveying and mapping geographic information as a whole comprehensive service capacity.
