摘　　要：目的系统评价慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)患者衰弱发生率。方法检索The Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science和中国知网、维普、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库中CKD患者衰弱发生率的观察性研究,检索时限为建库至2021年3月30日,采用Stata 16.0进行Meta分析。结果纳入30项研究,共9496名患者。Meta分析结果显示CKD患者衰弱发生率为32.5%(ES=0.325,95%CI:0.261~0.390,P<0.001),衰弱前期发生率为39.6%(ES=0.396,95%CI:0.348~0.444,P<0.001)。结论CKD患者衰弱和衰弱前期发生率均较高。不同地区、性别、治疗方式、评估工具的CKD患者衰弱发生率均存在差别,医护人员应尽早评估患者衰弱现状,制定干预计划,以延缓衰弱的发生和进展。Objective To systematically review the prevalence of frailty in chronic kidney disease(CKD)patients.Methods The Cochrane Library,PubMed,Embase,Web of Science and CNKI,VIP,Wan-Fang,CBM databases were searched to collect studies on prevalence of frailty in CKD patients from inception to March 30,2021.Meta-analysis was performed by using Stata 16.0.Result A total of 30 studies which included 9,496 participants were analyzed.Meta-analysis showed that the prevalence of frailty in CKD patients was 32.5%(ES=0.325,95%CI:0.261~0.390,P<0.001),and the prevalence of pre-frailty was 39.6%(ES=0.396,95%CI:0.348~0.444,P<0.001).Conclusion The prevalence of frailty and pre-frailty was higher in CKD patients.The prevalence of frailty was related to geographic regions,gender,treatment methods and assessment tools.Therefore,medical staff should pay more attention to identify frailty in CKD patients,and formulate specific intervention plans for them to delay the occurrence and progress of frailty.
