摘  要:微合金化近终型异形坯在生产过程中,异形坯的R角附近极容易发生纵裂纹缺陷,严重制约铸坯合格率的进一步提升。通过对断面特点和钢种特性进行分析,对钢包和中间保护浇注效果进行改善提升,同时对冷却制度重新设计,针对性地优化了保护渣理化性能,有效解决了微合金化近终型异形坯R角纵裂纹的问题,同时也明确了微合金化异形坯R角裂纹的产生并不是单一因素作用的结果,需要结合实际钢种和断面特点提出针对性的解决措施。In the production process of microalloyed near-net-shape bream blank,longitudinal crack defects are very easy to occur near the R angle of bream blank,which seriously restricts the further improvement of slab qualification rate.In this paper,through the analysis of section characteristics and steel grade characteristics,the pouring effect of ladle and intermediate protection is improved.At the same time,the cooling system is redesigned,the physical and chemical properties of protective slag are optimized,the problem of R-angle longitudinal crack of microalloyed near-net-shape bream blank is effectively solved,and the generation of R-angle crack of microalloyed bream blank is also clarified,It is not the result of a single factor.It is necessary to put forward targeted solutions in combination with the actual steel grade and section characteristics.
