摘 要:为了能够快速准确地确定板坯连铸机基础二冷水表,通过分析板坯连铸机二次冷却区传热机理和二次冷却水量,研究了板坯连铸机的二次冷却水分配策略,并且采用数值拟合的方法得到了板坯连铸机二次冷却水分配曲线。结果表明,常规板坯连铸机各冷却分区的内弧侧二次冷却水流密度与二冷分区中点距结晶器弯月面距离的1.099次方成反比,二次冷却水分配曲线与国外某公司设计的连铸机数据是吻合的。In order to determine basic secondary cooling water table of slab caster quickly and accurately,heat transfer in secondary cooling zone and secondary cooling water of slab casters are analysed,the distribution startegy of slab caster secondary cooling water is researched and a distribution curve of secondary cooling water is put forward by numerical fitting.The results indicate that secondary cooling water density of loose side in each cooling zone of slab caster is inversely to the distance between the middle point of each secondary cooling zone and the meniscus of mold to the power of 1.099,the secondary cooling water distribution curve is consistent with the continuous caster data designed by a foreign company.
