摘 要:目的:对比常规CT碘海醇注射肝脏增强,分析注射钆贝葡胺在肝脏增强扫描中的应用价值。方法:采集在本院自2019年5月至2020年5月收治的36例怀疑肝脏占位性病变患者,平均年龄45岁,男女比例为1∶1,均进行CT碘海醇与MRI钆贝葡胺注射动态+延迟增强扫描,通过图像质量、病灶阳性检出率、图像后处理、健康环保等方面进行对比研究。结果:两种常规增强扫描技术在病灶阳性检出率、扫描时间方面不存在明显优势差别;在延迟扫描中,钆贝葡胺药剂的特有磁共振胆道排泄期能表现更多病灶,且平扫与增强图像质量优于常规CT增强图像。结论:钆贝葡胺注射的肝脏增强扫描技术对展示更多病灶、优化图像质量具有优势,相对SCT的X线辐射检查,磁场环境更加安全、可靠,更容易被患者接受。Objective:To compare the value of hepatic CT enhancement and MRI GD-BOPTA enhancement.Methods:Clinical data of 36 patients with suspected hepatic space-occupying lesions admitted from May 2019 to May 2020 were collected,with an average age of 45 years.All patients un-derwent enhanced CT scan and enhanced MRI GD-BOPTA scan,and a comparative study was con-ducted through evaluation of image quality,positive detection rate of lesions,image post-processing,health and environmental protection,etc.Results:There was no dominant difference in the positive de-tection rate and scanning time between the two enhanced scan techniques.In delayed scan,gadolimide could show more lesions in the specific hepatobiliary phase,and the image quality of plain and en-hanced MRI was better than that of enhanced CT.Conclusion:Liver MRI GD-BOPTA enhancement has advantages in lesion display and image quality.Compared with CT X-ray radiation examination,MRI environment is safer,more reliable and more easily accepted by patients.
