制造业产品质量供给能力及其影响机制研究

摘　　要：在产品质量供需结构性错位背景下,从供给侧出发,本文引入质量内生决定模型測算2005-2018年制造业产品质量供给能力,构建制造业产品质量供给能力影响机制模型。研究表明:质量需求、产品价格、生产率、质量激励政策与质量供给能力呈显著正相关,数量需求、投入品成本和技米创新水平与产品质量供给能力存在负向关系。质量激励政策可以提高制迻业质量供给能力及其稳定性,并存在政策实施的空间延展性和时间衰减性,需要持续改进与优化质量激励政策,保障政策实施的效率和协同性。Under the background of structural dislocation of product quality supply and product quality demand,this paper starts from the supply side.In this paper,using the endogenous quality decision model estimates the product quality supply ability and product quality demand level from 2005 to 2018.Then the influencing mechanism of product quality supply ability in manufacturing industry is established.The result shows that quality demand,product price,productivity and quality incentive policy are positively correlated with quality supply capability.While quantity demand,input cost and technological innovation level are negatively correlated with product quality supply capability.Moreover,quality incentive policy could improve the quality supply capacity and stability of manufacturing industry.There are spatial extensibility and time decay of policy implementation.It is necessary to continuously improve and optimize quality incentive policy to ensure the market applicability and sensitivity of quality incentive policy.
