摘  要:为实现对径向波箔轴承箔片变形的更准确分析,基于Timoshenko梁单元建立箔片变形模型,在考虑库仑摩擦效应影响的基础上,计算不同载荷下箔片模型的变形,并与文献中的Heshmat公式、Iordanoff公式以及NDOF模型的计算结果进行对比,验证Timoshenko梁模型计算的准确性;改变摩擦系数的大小计算不同情况下的箔片变形,发现摩擦系数越大,箔片变形越小,而且两种摩擦系数的影响基本相同;通过静特性的求解得到了剪切刚度对轴承性能的影响规律。To achieve more accurate analysis of foil deformation of journalbump-type foil bearing,a foil deformation model is established based on Timoshenko beam element.In consideration of the influence of Coulomb friction effect,the deformation of foil model under different loads is calculated,and compared with the Heshmat formula,Iordanoff formula and caculation results of NDOF model,The accuracy of the calculation of the Timoshenko beam model is verified.By changing the friction coefficient to calculate the foil deformation under different conditions,it is found that the larger the friction coefficient,the smaller the foil deformation,and the effect of the two friction coefficients are basically the same.The influence law of shear stiffness on bearing performance is secured by solving static characteristics.
