摘 要:利用仿真技术优化橡胶减振件的结构时,往往需要反复建立减振件的有限元模型,这是一项繁琐而费时的工作。以圆柱形橡胶堆为例,基于ABAQUS二次开发功能,用Python语言开发了圆柱形橡胶堆快速建模和结果分析的程序,实现了ABAQUS前处理参数化建模及后处理结果输出的自动化。根据输出的结果分析了仿真刚度值与经验公式计算刚度值的差异,提高了输出结果的准确性及建模和结构优化的效率。It is tedious and time-consuming to repeate building a finite element model of the damping parts in the application of simulation technology to optimize the structure of rubber damping parts.With a cylindrical rubber pile as an example and based on the secondary development function of ABAQUS,a program for rapid modeling and result analysis of the cylindrical rubber pile is developed in Python language,which realizes the parametric modeling of ABAQUS pre-processing and the output of post-processing results.According to the output results,the difference between the simulation stiffness value and the empirical formula calculation stiffness value is analyzed,which improves the accuracy of the result output and the efficiency of modeling and structural optimization.
