摘  要:本篇文章研究甲基膦酸二甲酯、磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯、三苯基磷酸酯三种磷系阻燃剂对PMMA性能的影响。通过本体聚合,分别制备了三种阻燃PMMA复合材料,以氧指数和垂直燃烧对阻燃性进行表征,通过耐热性、物理性能系统地研究了三种磷系阻燃剂对PMMA材料性能的影响。研究结果表明甲基膦酸二甲酯对PMMA阻燃性最优,30wt%DMMP/PMMA复合材料阻燃可达UL-94 V-0级别,但DMMP对PMMA有显著的增塑性,它引起复合材料的硬度、拉伸强度及维卡软化点大幅度下降。The effects of dimethyl methylphosphonate(DMMP), tris(2-chloropropyl) phosphate(TCPP) and triphenyl phosphate(TPP) on the flame retardancy and performance of PMMA composites were studied and compared with each other. The transparent PMMA flame-retardant composites were prepared with the three phosphate esters and MMA, respectively. Flame retardant properties were evaluated by UL-94 test and LOI. Heat resistance, physical properties were also tested and compared. The test results showed that DMMP had effect flame retardancy, but it had an unusually obvious plasticizing performance to PMMA, which caused degradation of physical properties, including hardness, tensile strength and vicat softening point.
