镀锌空调壳用聚氨酯改性环氧防腐涂料研制

摘  要:采用聚醚多元醇PPG-2000和甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI-80/20合成端-NCO聚氨酯预聚体,接枝双酚A环氧树脂,制备聚氨酯改性环氧树脂为基体树脂。通过改性环氧结构表征,筛选合适的固化剂,制备镀锌基材用防腐涂料。研究了不同聚氨酯含量和不同防腐填料等因素对涂层的性能影响。结果表明:聚氨酯含量占基体树脂20%,接枝液体环氧128,防腐填料是亚磷酸锌铝,颜基比(P:B)2.0:1时涂层防腐性能最佳。经三年南海实船验证,该产品防腐效果优异。The-NCO polyurethane prepolymer was synthesized by using Polyether glycol(PPG-2000) and toluene diisocyanate(TDI-80/20). Then polyurethane modified epoxy resin was prepared by graft copolymerization of polyurethane prepolymer with bisphenol A epoxy resin.Through the structural characterization of modified epoxy, the suitable curing agent was selected to prepare the anticorrosive coating for galvanized substrate. The effects of different polyurethane content, different anti-corrosion fillers on the properties of the coating were studied. The results showed that the coating had the best corrosion resistance when the polyurethane content accounted for 20% of the matrix resin, grafted with solid epoxy 128, and the anticorrosive filler was zinc aluminum phosphite, with its P/B=2.0. After three years of verification in Nanhai, the anti-corrosion effect of the product was excellent.
