摘  要:以三苯基磷、溴乙烷为原料,氯仿作溶剂制备wittig试剂--溴乙基三苯基磷。再以溴乙基三苯基磷与苯甲醛为原料,DMF为溶剂,利用均匀设计优化了Wittig反应条件,考察反应溶剂、反应温度和反应时间对wittig反应的影响,确定了最佳反应条件:反应时间80 min、反应温度30℃,DMF体积量与溴乙基三苯基磷的质量物料比为4:1。在此条件下反应,产品产率可达70%以上,具有较为理想的产率和经济效益。Bromoethyl phenyl phosphonium was prepared using triphenylphosphine, dibromoethane as raw materials, and chloroform as solvent Wittig reagent. Bromoethyl phenyl phosphonium and benzaldehyde as raw materials, DMF as solvent, uniform design Wittig reaction conditions were optimized. The influence of reaction solvent, temperature and time on the Wittig reaction was analyzed, the optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows: reaction time was 80 min, the reaction temperature was 30 ℃, and DMF volume amount and the bromoethyl phenyl phosphonium quality of the material was 4:1. Under those conditions, product yield was up to 79%. The reaction condition was a more satisfactory yield and economic benefits.
