摘 要:采用化学氧化法,以过硫酸铵为氧化剂制备聚苯胺与二氧化钛(TiO_(2))的复合催化材料,并对复合材料进行表征,发现复合效果较好。同时实验研究发现,采用该复合材料对30 mg/L的甲基橙模拟废水进行自然光催化降解,当TiO_(2)和苯胺摩尔比为10:1,甲基橙废水的降解效果最优,同时讨论了pH值和投加量对降解效果的影响,发现pH=3,投加量为0.5 g/L时,2 h降解率可达80.67%,反应速率比纯TiO_(2)提高了一倍。The composite catalytic material of polyaniline and titanium dioxide(TiO_(2)) was prepared by chemical oxidation method with ammonium persulfate as oxidant. The composite was characterized and found that the material was effectively compounded. The results showed that the composite material could be used for natural photocatalytic degradation of 30 mg/L methyl orange wastewater. When the molar ratio of TiO_(2) to aniline was 10:1, the degradation effect of methyl orange wastewater was the best, at the same time, the influence of pH value and dosage on the degradation effect was discussed. When pH=3 and dosage was 0.5 g/L, the degradation rate can reach 80.67% in 2 h, and the reaction rate constant was twice as high as that of pure TiO_(2).
