载铁海泡石非均相Fenton法处理含酚废水的研究

摘  要:将铁离子负载在海泡石上,提高催化剂活性,构成非均相Fenton体系。试验表明,载铁海泡石非均相Fenton体系对苯酚具有很好的降解效果。该方法拓宽了均相芬顿体系的pH值范围,解决了常规Fenton反应低pH值要求的问题,降低了Fenton反应的成本。随着反应温度的增加,苯酚的降解率增大。通过正交试验分析,在试验条件为:pH值为5,摩尔比为1:10,温度为50℃,反应时间为60 min时,反应初始浓度为0.5 g/L的情况下,苯酚的降解率可达到91.68%。Iron ions were loaded on sepiolite to improve the activity of the catalyst and form heterogeneous Fentonsystem.Experiments showed thatiron loaded sepiolite heterogeneous Fenton system had a good degradation effect on phenol. The method widened pH range of the homopholious Fenton system, solved the problem of the low pH requirement of the conventional Fenton reaction, and reduced the cost of Fenton reaction.With the increase of reaction temperature, the degradation rate of phenol was increasing.Through orthogonal test analysis, the degradation rate of phenol can reach 91.68% when the test conditionswere as follows: pH was 5, molar ratio was 1:10, the temperature was 50 ℃, and the reaction time was 60 min, the initial concentration of the reaction was 0.5 g/L.
