摘 要:通过超声波提取法对化橘红中的柚皮苷进行提取,采用蒸汽温润法进行软化操作,先对温润的时间和温润的温度进行了单因素探究,然后两个因素组合搭配,从而获得温度和时间的最佳组合。本实验采用紫外分光光度计对化橘红中的柚皮苷含量进行检测,结果表明:在其他条件不变的情况下,在本实验设置的梯度里,蒸汽温润法的最佳软化条件是在60℃蒸汽温润9 h。Ultrasonic extraction method was used to extract naringin from Citrus Grandis Exocarpium, and steam warming method for softening operation was adopted. The single factor exploration of time and temperature was carried out first, and then the combination of the two factors was matched, so as to obtain the best combination of temperature and time. In this experiment, UV spectrophotometer was used to detect the content of naringin in Citrus Grandis Exocarpium. The results showed that the best softening condition of steam softening method was 60 steam softening for 9 h in the gradient set in this experiment under other conditions unchanged.
