摘  要:中化泉州石化连续重整装置采用UOP公司的Chlorsorb脱氯工艺脱除再生烟气中氯化物,在装置运行过程中再生烟气中氯化氢含量逐渐增加;且再生烟气中非甲烷总烃含量大于国家环保标准。面对环保的严格要求,该公司在2018年落实技改措施,先将Chlorsorb脱氯工艺改造为固定床高温脱氯工艺,使再生烟气中氯化氢含量低于国家标准;再将脱氯后的再生烟气引入燃烧炉焚烧,使再生烟气中非甲烷总烃完全符合环保要求,保证装置长周期稳定、环保达标运行。Chloride was removed from the recycled flue gas by Chlorsorb dechlorination process of UOP in the continuous reforming unit of Quanzhou Petrochemical Co., Ltd. During the operation of the unit, the content of hydrogen chloride in the recycled flue gas increased gradually. The non-methane total hydrocarbon content of regenerated flue gas was greater than the national environmental protection standard. In the face of strict requirements for environmental protection, the company implemented technical improvement measures in 2018. Chlorsorb dechlorination process was first transformed into a fixed-bed high-temperature dechlorination process, so that the hydrogen chloride content in the recycled flue gas was lower than the national standard. The regenerated flue gas after dachlorination was then introduced into the combustion furnace for incineration, so that the non-methane total hydrocarbon of the regenerated flue gas fully met the environmental protection requirements, so as to ensure the long-term stability of the device and the standard operation of environmental protection.
