摘　　要：[目的]以朝阳地区无核枣为试材,建立高效稳定再生体系。[方法]分析比较不同培养基对带芽茎段诱导愈伤组织增殖和分化过程的影响。[结果]诱导愈伤组织的最适基本培养基为MS。低浓度(0.2~1.0 mg/L)植物生长调节剂(IBA和NAA)促进愈伤组织增殖,高浓度(2.0~3.0 mg/L)植物生长调节剂(IBA和NAA)则产生松散的愈伤组织。低浓度不同植物生长调节剂组合(TDZ、6-BA、NAA)促进愈伤组织快速增殖的同时,可诱导愈伤组织再生不定芽,其中诱导愈伤组织增殖的最佳组合为:MS+0.5 mg/L TDZ+0.1 mg/L NAA,诱导愈伤组织形成不定芽的最佳组合为:MS+1.0 mg/L TDZ+0.2 mg/L NAA,诱导率为52.5%。[结论]为建立朝阳无核枣高效稳定的植株再生体系提供理论依据。[Objective] The aim was to establish a high efficient and stable regeneration system for seedless jujube in Chaoyang area. [Method] Taking the seedless jujube in Chaoyang area as material,the effects of different medium hormone ratios on the process of inducing callus proliferation and differentiation of shoots with buds were analyzed and compared. [Result] The results showed that the most suitable basic medium for callus induction was MS. Low concentration(0.2-1.0 mg/L)plant growth regulators(IBA and NAA)promoted callus proliferation,high concentration(2.0-3.0 mg/L)plant growth regulators(IBA and NAA)produced loose callus. Low-concentration and different plant growth regulator ratios(TDZ,6-BA,NAA) promoted the rapid proliferation of callus and at the same time induced the regeneration of adventitious buds of callus. The best fit ratio was that the best hormone combination for inducing callus proliferation was MS+0.5 mg/L TDZ+0.1 mg/L NAA,the best combination for inducing callus to form adventitious buds was MS +1.0 mg/L TDZ +0.2 mg/L NAA with an induction rate of 52.5%. [Conclusion] The results provided theoretical basis for the establishment of efficient and stable plant regeneration system of Chaoyang jujube.
