紫云英种子破除硬实方法研究

摘　　要：[目的]确定有效破除紫云英种子硬实的方法,达到促进萌发的目的。[方法]采用砂纸打磨、剪刀破皮、55℃水浸种12 h 3种方法处理紫云英种子,以未处理作为对照(CK),研究不同处理方法对紫云英种子发芽势和发芽率的影响。[结果]砂纸打磨处理的种子发芽势和发芽率最高,分别为69%和84%,剪刀破皮处理种子发芽势为54%,发芽率为71%,55℃水浸种12 h处理种子的发芽势和发芽率与对照差异不显著。[结论]采用砂纸打磨破除紫云英种子硬实的效果最好。[Objective] The aim of this study was to determine the effective method for breaking hard seeds of Astragalus sinicus and promoting seed germination. [Method] The seeds of A. sinicus were treated with sandpaper grinding,scissors peeling and seed soaking at 55℃ for 12 hours. The untreated seeds were used as the control(CK)to study the effects of different treatment methods on the germination potential and germination rate of A. sinicus seeds. [Result] The seed germination potential and germination rate of sandpaper grinding treatment were the highest,which were 69% and 84%,respectively. The seed germination potential and germination rate of scissors peeling treatment were 54% and 71%,respectively. There was no significant difference in seed germination potential and germination rate between 55℃ water soaking 12 hours treatment and the control. [Conclusion] Sandpaper grinding had the best effect on breaking hard seeds of A. sinicus.
