摘 要:中药鲜药是传统中医药的重要组成部分,已有2000多年的应用历史。现代研究表明,部分中药鲜品优于或有别于干品,两者不能混用。然而,近现代鲜药的应用呈逐年萎缩的趋势,传统鲜用为主的药物多被干品取代,鲜药治病的特色和宝贵经验濒临失传。通过回顾鲜药应用的历史沿革,梳理中药鲜品与干品的差异,分析鲜药的应用现状,总结鲜药现代化保鲜技术的推广,探讨鲜药制剂的开发应用,以期为传承中药鲜用特色技术提供新的思路和方向。The fresh herbs of Chinese medicine are an important part of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)with a history of more than 2000 years of application.Previous studies have shown that the fresh herbs are superior to or different from the dried products and they cannot be mixed in clinical applications.In recent years,the application of the fresh herbs of Chinese medicine has declined,which have been replaced by dried products.The characteristics and valuable experience in applying fresh herbs to cure diseases are on the verge of loss.This study was aimed at providing new ideas for inheriting the characteristic usage of fresh herbs of Chinese medicine by reviewing the application history of fresh herbs,identifying the differences of fresh herbs and dried products,analyzing the application status of fresh herbs,summarizing the popularization of modern preservation technology,and exploring the development and application of the modern preparations prepared from fresh herbs.
