摘 要:目的探讨3D打印结合锁扣带袢钛板治疗锁骨远端骨折的疗效。方法采用3D打印结合锁扣带袢钛板治疗15例锁骨远端骨折患者。记录肩关节活动度,采用肩关节功能Constant-Murley评分标准评价疗效。结果患者均获得随访,时间4~36个月。末次随访时,肩关节活动度前屈170°~180°,后伸50°~60°,外展170°~180°,内收40°~45°;采用肩关节功能Constant-Murley评分标准评价疗效:优12例,良3例。结论3D打印结合锁扣带袢钛板治疗锁骨远端骨折固定牢固,功能恢复良好。Objective To investigate the efficacy of three-dimensional(3D)printing combined with TightRope in the treatment of distal clavicle fracture.Methods The 15 patients with distal clavicle fractures were treated by 3D printing combined with TightRope.The range of motion(ROM)of shoulder joint was recorded,and the curative effect was evaluated with Constant-Murley scoring criterion of shoulder joint function.Results All patients were followed up for 4~36 months.At the last follow-up,the ROM of shoulder joint was anteflexion with 170°~180°,posterior-extension with 50°~60°,abduction with 40°~45°,and adduction with 40°~45°,and the efficacy of shoulder joint function evaluated by Constant-Murley scale criterion:excellent in 12 cases,good in 3 cases.Conclusions The treatment of distal clavicular fracture with 3D pinting combined with TightRope has firm fixation and good functional recovery.
