摘 要:先构建一电动修复单元,研究了修复时长、电解液及电压梯度对电动修复铀污染土壤的影响。结果表明,在修复时长为7 d、电解液为0.1 mol/L柠檬酸与0.03 mol/L氯化铁混合液、电压梯度为1 V/cm及电极为石墨电极的条件下,该电动修复单元的修复效果达到最优;再在此基础上,向此电动修复单元接种氧化硫硫杆菌,构建一微生物-电动修复单元,研究了微生物对电动修复铀污染土壤的强化作用。结果表明,电动修复单元与微生物-电动修复单元中铀的去除率分别为65.12%和70.68%。氧化硫硫杆菌对电动修复铀污染土壤具有显著的强化作用,微生物-电动修复是一种有发展前景的强化方法。An electrokinetic remediation unit was constructed to study the effect of electrokinetic treatment time,electrolyte and voltage gradient on the electrokinetic treatment of the uranium contaminated soil.It was found that the remediation unit worked most efficiently when the optimal remediation time was 7 days,electrolyte was the mixture of 0.1 mol/L citric acid with 0.03 mol/L ferric chloride,the voltage gradient was 1 V/cm and electrode was graphite.On this basis,a microbial-electrokinetic remediation unit was constructed by inoculating Acidithiobacillus Thiooxide into the electrokinetic remediation unit to study the enhancement effect of microorganisms on electrokinetic remediation of uranium contaminated soil.The results indicated that the removal rates of uranium from soil in electrokinetic remediation unit and microbial-electrokinetic remediation unit were 65.12%and 70.68%,respectively.This study shows that Acidithiobacillus Thiooxide can significantly enhance the effect of electrokinetic remediation of uranium contaminated soil,and the microbial-electrokinetic remediation is a promising enhancement method.
