摘 要:为研究钢箱梁涡激振动特性,以德清县长虹街东延工程为例,采用风洞试验的方式,研究3种工况下的杭宁高速分离式立交桥钢箱梁涡激振动特性,并采用空间MIDAS/Gen有限元程序计算各个工况下钢箱梁处于不同位置时的应力情况。试验结果表明,在攻角为4°和6°时,振幅变化明显,波动较大;风速在18~27 m·s^(-1)和31~40 m·s^(-1)时,竖向和扭转2种涡激振动发生显著的振幅波动并产生涡振区;在上侧风和下侧风2种风向下,钢箱梁涡激振动的振幅峰值产生在风速为20~30 m·s^(-1),并产生涡振区,且所有的涡振区均在允许的振幅范围内;3种工况下,钢箱梁处于不同位置下产生的最大应力值和变形应力值均在规范标准内。In order to study the vortex-induced vibration(VIV)characteristics of steel box girders,taking changhong Street East Extension project in Deqing County as an example,the viV characteristics of steel box girders of Hangzhou-Nanjing high-speed separated overpass bridge under three working conditions were studied by wind tunnel test,and the spatial MIDAS/Gen finite element program was used to calculate the stress of steel box girders at different positions under various working conditions.The experimental results show that when the Angle of attack is 4°and 6°,the amplitude changes obviously and fluctuates greatly.When the wind speed is in the range of 18~27 m·S^(-1) and 31~40 m·S^(-1),the vertical and torsional VORtex-induced vibration have significant amplitude fluctuations and generate vortex-induced regions.Under the two wind directions of upwind and downwind,the peak amplitude of viV of steel box girder is in the range of wind speed of 20~30m·S^(-1),and the vortex vibration region is generated,and all the vortex vibration regions are within the allowable amplitude range.Under the three working conditions,the maximum stress and deformation stress of steel box girder at different positions are in the standard.
