摘 要:选用新疆杨木规格材、新疆杨木旋切法制作的正交胶合板、国产自攻螺丝及普通铁钉,制作了6组轻型木结构剪力墙钉连接节点试件,采用单调加载方式测试了各组试件的抗剪承载力,描述了试验过程及现象,分析了影响节点抗剪承载力的主要因素。试验结果表明:钉连接节点的抗剪承载力取决于钉的抗剪强度;普通铁钉的抗剪性能优于自攻螺丝。Six groups of shear wall nail joint specimens of light wood structure were made from Xinjiang poplar standard timber,orthogonal plywood made by Xinjiang poplar rotary cutting method,domestic self tapping screw and ordinary iron nail.The shear bearing capacity of each group of specimens was tested by monotonic loading method,the test process and phenomenon were described,and the main factors affecting the shear bearing capacity of the joint were analyzed.The test results show that the shear capacity of the joints depends on the shear strength of the nails,and the shear performance of ordinary iron nails is better than that of self tapping screws.
