摘 要:为解决传统控制方法在对变频器控制时,存在控制结果与实际标准要求相差较大问题,开展基于双DSP的变频器控制方法研究。通过单片机与变频器连接、基于双DSP的协调控制通信、建立基于电流扰动的变频器控制补偿机制,提出一种全新的变频器控制方法。通过实验论证的方式证明,新的控制方法在应用到实际中能够实现对变频器的精准控制,确保所连接的电机转速能够始终保持标准转速要求,为变频器和电机的安全、稳定运行提供技术保障。In order to solve the problem that the traditional control method has a big difference between the control results and the actual standard requirements when controlling the frequency converter,the research on the control method of frequency converter based on Dual DSP is carried out.A new control method of frequency converter is proposed through the connection of single chip microcomputer and frequency converter,the coordinated control communication based on Dual DSP,and the control compensation mechanism based on current disturbance.Through the experimental demonstration,it is proved that the new control method can realize the accurate control of the inverter in practice,ensure that the connected motor speed can always maintain the standard speed requirements,and provide technical support for the safe and stable operation of the inverter and motor.
