摘 要:通过对护肤霜空白样品进行0.006,0.02,1.0 mg/kg 3个添加水平验证实验,分别采用基质工作曲线法和溶剂工作曲线法2种不同定量方法对加标样品进行定量分析。采用溶剂工作曲线检测定量,化妆品护肤霜中添加汞元素回收率和相对标准偏差分别为 35.2%、11.0% (0.006 mg/kg)、43.3%、6.0%(0.02 mg/kg)、78.2%、2.9%(1.0 mg/kg);0.006、0.02 mg/kg,2个低浓度组添加水平回收率不满足日常检测要求,1.0 mg/kg高浓度组基本满足日常检测的要求。对应的,采用基质工作曲线法检测定量,化妆品护肤霜中添加汞元素的回收率和相对标准偏差分别为 73.7%、11.9% (0.006 mg/kg),75.7%,7.1%(0.02 mg/kg),76.0%,3.1%(1.0 mg/kg);3个添加水平回收率基本能满足日常检测要求,且由2种不同定量方法定量的高浓度组的回收率结果没有显著区别。样品中目标物含量较低时采用基质工作曲线法进行检测定量;样品中目标物含量较高且回收率能满足日常检测要求时,可考虑采用溶剂工作曲线法进行检测定量。The verification experiment was carried out on the blank sample of skin cream at three spiked levels of 0.006,0.02 and 1.0 mg/kg.Two different quantitative methods,i.e.,matrix working curve method and solvent working curve method,were used for quantitative analysis of the labeled samples.The recoveries and relative standard deviations of mercury in skin creams were 35.2% and 11.0% (0.006 mg/kg),43.3%and 6.0% (0.02 mg/kg) and 78.2% and 2.9% (1.0 mg/kg) by solvent working curve method.Therefore,the recoveries at the spiked levels as low as 0.006 mg/kg and 0.02 mg/kg did not meet the requirements of daily detection,while that for the sample at the spiked level as high as 1.0 mg/kg basically met the requirements of daily detection.On the other hand,the recoveries and relative standard deviations of mercury in skin creams were 73.7% and 11.9% (0.006 mg/kg),75.7% and 7.1% (0.02 mg/kg) and 76.0% and 3.1% (1.0 mg/kg) by matrix working curve method,in which the recoveries of the three groups with these spiked levels could basically meet the requirements of daily detection.The data showed that there was no significant difference in the recoveries of the high-spiked-level groups quantified by the two different quantitative methods.Therefore,if the content of the target substance in the sample is low,matrix working curve method should be used for detection and quantification.If the content of the target substance in the sample is high and the recoveries can meet the requirements of routine detection,solvent working curve method may also be considered for quantitative detection.
