摘 要:文中介绍了马来西亚登嘉楼开启桥的主要参数、结构构造及工作原理。该开启桥采用双叶竖转开启方式,为液压缸驱动方式,采用三轴同步顶推、电气自动控制方案;南北两岸通讯采用无线以太网技术;配重设计在桥梁铰点主轴后方,并经精确计算配平,使整桥重心靠近铰点位置,可使开启桥轻松开启,同时保证在开启到最大角度,在最大风压958 Pa作业下,液压缸能顶住不动,确保了桥梁的安全。In this paper, the main parameters, structure and working principle of the balance bridge in Terengganu, Malaysia are introduced. The balance bridge adopts double-leaf bascule opening, driven by hydraulic cylinders and subject to threeaxis synchronous jacking and electric automatic control;the north and south sides communicate through wireless Ethernet technologies;the counterweight is designed behind the main shaft of the bridge hinge point, and after accurate calculation,the center of gravity of the whole bridge is close to the hinge point, so as to ensure that the bridge can be easily opened, and at the same time, when the bridge is opened to the maximum angle or operated under the maximum wind pressure of 958 Pa,the hydraulic cylinder can hold the bridge firmly, thus ensuring the safety of the bridge.
