摘　　要：2022年北京冬奥会涉外纠纷受国际环境、疫情防控和两地联办等因素影响,其敏感性和复杂性超出申办时的预想。有效预防和化解涉外纠纷对北京冬奥会顺利圆满举办至关重要。为此,提出强化四个观念、健全两重机制和跟进五项措施等策略。Influenced by the international environment,the epidemic prevention and control,and the joint hosting,foreign disputes in the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics will be faced with unexpected sensitivity and complexity.Effective prevention and solution of disputes is crucial for the success of Beijing Winter Olympics.The paper puts forward such strategies as strengthening the four concepts,perfecting the dual mechanism and following up the five measures for the prevention and solution of foreign disputes in Beijing Winter Olympics.
