摘　　要：随着我国经济的蓬勃发展,人们的外出量日益增加,为了出行安全,道路交通管理格外关键。为使人与车顺畅通过道路,在道路交叉口设置了红绿灯,但因部分道路交叉口绿灯时间的限制,在步行速度缓慢的老人、盲人或残疾人等经过此交通信号灯区域的斑马线时,若步行缓慢的行人未完全通过斑马线时,绿灯就变成了红灯,此时会造成道路拥堵,严重时可能造成事故。因此介绍了一种LED道路交通刷卡设备。With the vigorous development of my country's economy,the number of people going out is also increasing.For travel safety,road traffic management is particularly critical.In order to enable people and vehicles to pass the road smoothly,traffic lights are set at road intersections.However,due to the limitation of the green light time of some road intersections,when the elderly,blind or disabled people walking slowly pass the zebra crossing in this traffic signal area,if When pedestrians walking slowly do not completely cross the zebra crossing,the green light turns into a red light.This will cause road congestion and,in severe cases,may cause accidents.Therefore,the article introduces an LED road traffic card swiping device.
