节能壁挂式电热水器研发中热泵技术的运用

摘　　要：分析了基于热泵技术的节能电热水器运行原理,并提出了一种基于热泵技术的节能壁挂式电热水器系统研发设计方案,主要从节能热水器热泵系统的设计、保温水箱模块设计、热泵模块设计、热水器模块总成这几方面入手,对该设计方案内容进行了全面阐述,并以某高校的应用实例进行成效分析。结果证明,该设计方案具有良好的节能效果,加热成效也相对理想。This paper briefly explains the operation principle of energy-saving electric water heater based on heat pump technology,and puts forward an R&D and design scheme of energy-saving wall mounted electric water heater system based on heat pump technology,mainly from the aspects of energy-saving water heater heat pump system design,thermal insulation water tank module design,heat pump module design and water heater module assembly,This paper comprehensively expounds the content of the design scheme,and analyzes the effect with an application example of a university.The results show that the design scheme has good energysaving effect and relatively ideal heating effect.
