摘  要:为提高钩藤产业化育苗水平,利用从野外采集的钩藤种子进行无菌萌发,以幼苗作为材料进行诱导丛生芽和生根培养试验,运用3因素(NAA、6-BA、IBA)4水平正交试验的方法寻求植株再生最佳配方。结果表明:用0.1%的HgCl_(2)对外植体灭菌8 min效果较好;诱导丛生芽最佳培养基为MS+NAA 0.1 mg·L^(-1)+6-BA 1.0 mg·L^(-1)+硫代硫酸钠0.3 mg·L^(-1)+活性炭0.1%,存活率66.7%,丛生芽增殖可达40%;最佳壮苗生根培养基为MS+NAA 0.1 mg·L^(-1)+6-BA 1.5 mg·L^(-1)+IBA 0.4 mg·L^(-1)+活性炭0.1%,生根率可达93%以上,平均株高为9.0 cm,平均根长12.7 cm,植株健壮,叶深绿,根系生长良好。In order to improve the industrialization level of Uncaria rhynchophylla seedling,the experiment was conducted with the wild Uncaria rhynchophylla seeds,the three-factor(NAA,6-BA,IBA)four-level orthogonal experiment method were used to screen the optimal plant regeneration formula.The results showed that the suited sterilization time with 0.1%HgCl_(2) was 8 min.The optimum medium for inducing cluster buds was MS+NAA 0.1 mg·L^(-1)+6-BA 1.0 mg·L^(-1)+Na_(2)SO_(3)0.3 mg·L^(-1)+0.1%activated charcoal,which the survival rate was 66.7%,and the buds proliferation up to 40%.The optimum medium for strong seedlings and rooting was MS+NAA 0.1 mg·L^(-1)+6-BA 1.5mg·L^(-1)+IBA 0.4 mg·L^(-1)+0.1%activated charcoal,the rooting rate could reach more than 93%,the average plant height was 9.0 cm,and the average root length was 12.7 cm,which the plant was strong,the leaves were dark green,and the root system was growing well.
