摘  要:从北方季冻区公路养护工程实际出发,针对利用传统硅酸盐水泥作为基材的混凝土快速修补材料,将富含Al_(2)O_(3),SiO_(2),含硫氧化物的激发剂来激发水泥加快水化形成稳定的钙矾石,以提升快修混凝土早期强度。同时将三萜皂甙类引气剂添加到混合料中,改善水泥混凝土的和易性,增大其密实度,从而提高此类快修混凝土的耐久性能。最后通过强度、冻融循环、电通量试验和耐磨试验验证了此种快速修补混凝土的应用性能。Starting from the highway maintenance engineering practice in northern seasonal frozen area,in light of traditional portland cement applied as basic rapid repair concrete material,the paper uses excitant contained in Al_(2)O_(3),SiO_(2) and Sulfurous oxide to stimulate cement hydration and to form stable ettringite,with a view to provide early-age high strength of rapid repair concrete.Instantaneously,it adds triterpenoid saponins air entraining agent into the mixture,improves the peaceability of the cement concrete,increases its density,and finally enhances the durability of the rapid repair concrete.In the end,through strength,frozen recycling,electric flux test and durability test,it testifies the application performance of rapid repair concrete.
