摘 要:为了提高填石路基压实效果,在施工现场开展压实试验合理选配压实机械。分别选取不同类型的振动压路机,对不同厚度填石路基压实过程中进行土压力、沉降量检测,并准确确定碾压遍数。通过对比分析,得出采用36t重型振动压路机压实后可以得到较大的土压力和沉降量,且可以减少碾压遍数,可有效提高路基压实质量和燃油经济性。In order to improve the compaction effect of the stone-filled roadbed,compaction tests were carried out on the construction site to reasonably select compaction machinery.Different types of vibratory rollers were selected to test the soil pressure and settlement during the compaction of the stone-filled roadbed of different thicknesses,and accurately determine the number of rolling passes.Through comparative analysis,it is concluded that after compaction with a 36 t heavy-duty vibratory roller,greater soil pressure and settlement can be obtained,and the number of rolling passes can be reduced,which can effectively improve the quality of subgrade compaction and fuel economy.
