摘　　要：习近平法治思想中的推进依法行政建设法治政府理论,是伴随着习近平法治思想的形成而形成的,是实践的、开放的、发展的科学理论。其框架体系和核心内容,可以概括为概念本质论、地位作用论、目标任务论、路径抓手论和监督问责论等五部分。习近平法治思想中的推进依法行政建设法治政府理论,深刻阐释了推进依法行政建设法治政府的法理基础、战略考量、顶层设计、进路安排和后盾保障,是新时代深入推进依法行政加快建设法治政府的根本遵循和行动指南。The theory of promoting law-based administration and building a law-based government,an original and organic part of Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law,is a practical,open,and developing scientific system.Its framework and core content can be summarized into the following five parts:concept and essence;status and function;goal and task;path and means;supervision and accountability.The theory of promoting law-based administration and building a law-based government in Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law deeply explains the legal basis,strategic considerations,top-level design,approach arrangements and backing guarantees for advancing law-based administration and building a law-based government.This theory is thus the fundamental principle and action guide for us to follow in promoting China's law-based administration and speeding up the construction of a law-based government in the new era.
