摘　　要：文章以当代社会情感缺失现象为背景,首先通过对居住空间模式、社会老龄化、社会情感塑造等问题的思考,明晰家庭成员构成与社会情感塑造的关联性;接着从住宅户型空间着手,本着兼顾核心家庭间独立性与交流性需求的思想,提出“院厅”这一家庭居住空间新理念,试图通过对居住生活空间的优化,为代际沟通提供场所保障,并生成有利于个人良好情感塑造的三代共居住宅户型,进而对社会情感的改善和发展起到积极的引导作用,也为“居家养老”提供更具人性化和操作性的居住空间新模式。Based on the phenomenon of emotion absence in the contemporary society,this paper expounds the relationship between family and social emotion from the perspective of emotional construction by thinking about the living space mode,social aging and social emotion shaping,so as to clarify the relationship between family members’composition and social emotion shaping.Starting from the housing type space,in line with the idea of taking into account the independent and communicative needs of nuclear families,the new concept of“courtyard”is proposed.Through the optimization of living space,it can not only provide space guarantee for intergenerational communication,but also generate three generations of residential units which are conducive to shaping personal good emotions,so as to further play a positive guiding role in social emotional improvement and development and also provide a more humanized and operable new mode of living space for“home-based care for the aged”.
