摘　　要：里弄住宅在上海市居住类房屋中占有很大比例,其中的联接式住宅外观看似简单,但实际上类型多样。文章对联接式里弄住宅的各种分类进行解释,通过对新里和旧里建筑式样、建筑单元的分析比较,厘清新里与旧里的区别,有助于今后更加准确有效地对其开展保护和管理工作,可供相关人员参考。Li-long buildings account for a large proportion of residential houses in Shanghai.The appearance of connected buildings seems simple,but in fact there are various types.This article explains the various classifications of connected Li-long buildings,analyzes and compares the architectural styles and building units of modern-style and old-style,and clarifies the differences between modern-style and old-style,which will help to protect and manage them more accurately and effectively in the future,which can be used as a reference for relevant personnel.
