摘  要:电能表投入使用前要先进行误差检定,一般的检定流程是在虚功率环境下进行检定,采用标准正弦信号作为参比信号,对电能表误差进行分级。为了减小电能表检定时的误差,该文提出并设计了基于LabVIEW的电能表实功率校验平台。使用高速录波技术将波形数据及特征信号导出,编写波形输出程序并将电压电流数据传输到嵌入式控制器中。通过嵌入式控制器连接信号发生器,再接入程控电压源和程控电子负载,对信号调制放大,从而在回路中生成电压信号和电流信号,复现现场工况信号。该文通过快速傅里叶变换(FFT)与S变换(S-transform)对比复现信号和原始数据时频域信息,结果表明该平台成功复现了现场工况波形,对减小电能表检定误差有重要意义。Before the electric energy meter is put into use,the error verification must be carried out.The general verification method is the virtual power method.The standard sinusoidal signal is used as the reference signal to classify the electric energy meter.In order to reduce the error in the verification of electric energy meter.A real power verification platform of watt hour meter based on LabVIEW is proposed and designed.High-speed wave recording technology is used to export waveform data and characteristic signals.The waveform generation program is written in LabVIEW and the voltage and current data is transmitted to the embedded controller.The embedded controller is connected to the signal generator,and the program-controlled voltage source and program-controlled electronic load are connected to modulate and amplify it.The voltage signal and current signal are generated in the circuit to reproduce the field working condition signal.In this paper,the time-frequency domain information of reproduced signal and original data are compared by fast Fourier transform(FFT)and S-transform which has great significance to reduce the verification error of electric energy meter.
