摘 要:有机场效应晶体管(OFETs)、有机发光二极管等光电器件有望实现低成本柔性光电子应用,但低成本潜力取决于基于溶液法大面积沉积有机半导体单晶(OSSC)阵列的能力.然而,差的表面润湿行为和复杂的流体动力学过程限制了溶液沉积大面积OSSC阵列.本文中,我们通过添加微量的表面活性剂改善了润湿性能和流体干燥动力学,并增强了有机溶液对疏水表面的黏附力;将聚二甲基硅氧烷模板的凹槽结构作为限域空间用于OSSCs的成核、结晶和生长,最终制备了大面积OSSC阵列.这种策略对材料和图案有较好的普适性.基于OSSC阵列的OFETs表现出良好的性能和均一性.这些结果将为有机单晶器件的集成应用提供更多的机会.Optoelectronic devices such as organic field-effect transistors(OFETs) and organic light-emitting diodes are expected to achieve low-cost flexible optoelectronic applications, but the low-cost potential depends on the capability of large-area deposition of organic semiconducting single-crystal(OSSC) arrays based on solution methods. However,poor surface-wetting behavior and sophisticated fluid kinetics limit solution deposition of large-scale OSSC arrays.Herein, the wetting-ability and fluid drying dynamics were improved by adding trace surfactants, and the affinity between organic solution and hydrophobic surface was also enhanced. In addition, the groove structures of polydimethylsiloxane templates were used as confined spaces for the nucleation, crystallization, and growth of OSSCs,and finally an OSSC array over large areas was prepared. This strategy has good universality for materials and patterns.OFETs based on the OSSC array show good performance and uniformity. These illustrations will provide more opportunities for integrated applications of organic single-crystal devices.
