摘 要:为了提高稀土铝酸锶—SrAl_(2)O_(4)∶Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)(SAOED)的耐水性能,通过液相沉积法制备了不同CaF_(2)包覆量的SAOED。对包覆前后样品的微观形貌、物相结构、发光性能以及耐水性进行了研究。结果表明:经由CaF_(2)包覆后的SAOED表面粗糙,有颗粒沉积的现象,包覆工艺及CaF_(2)包覆层未改变SAOED的物相结构和光谱特性,包覆前后,SAOED的激发和发射光谱的峰型一致,CaF_(2)包覆未改变SAOED的发光中心;通过余辉测试发现CaF_(2)包覆量与SAOED的余辉性能呈负相关;CaF_(2)包覆后的SAOED耐水性显著提升,耐水性能与包覆量呈正相关。包覆量为8%的样品兼备良好的耐水性及发光性能。In order to improve the water resistance of SrAl_(2)O_(4)∶Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)(SAOED),SAOED with different CaF_(2) coating amount was prepared by liquid deposition method.The microscopic morphology,phase structure,luminescence performance and water resistance of the samples before and after coating were investigated.The results shown that the surface of SAOED coated with CaF_(2) was rough,the phenomenon of particle deposition,the coating process and the CaF_(2) coating layer did not change the phase structure and spectral characteristics of SAOED.Before and after coating,the excitation and emission spectra of SAOED had the same peak shape,CaF_(2) coating did not change the luminescent center of SAOED.Through the afterglow test,it was found that the amount of CaF_(2) coating was negatively correlated with the afterglow performance of SAOED.The water resistance of SAOED after CaF_(2) coating was significantly improved,and positively correlated with the amount of coating.The sample with 8% coating had good water resistance and luminescence performance.
