摘  要:采用高温固相法制备了系列新型荧光粉掺钐的硼磷酸镉(Cd_(3-x)BPO_(7)∶Sm^(3+)_(x),x=0.001~0.03),借助扫描电镜、X射线粉末衍射仪和荧光光谱仪对样品的形貌、晶体结构、发光性能等进行表征,并利用Rietveld方法对其结构进行精修。结果表明,样品Cd_(2.99)BPO_(7)∶Sm_(0.01)^(3+)晶粒尺寸为l00μm左右,各元素分布均匀,其Rietveld结构精修图与实测XRD谱图完全吻合,具有正交晶系结构。当Sm^(3+)掺杂浓度达到1%(摩尔分数)时,发光效果最好。随后,随着Sm^(3+)浓度的继续增大,发光强度减弱,这可能是因为发生了浓度猝灭现象,是由于电偶极-电偶极相互作用导致。此外,通过CIE1931软件计算了Cd_(3)BPO_(7)∶Sm^(3+)的色坐标,发现均落在橙红色发光区域。Cd_(2.99)BPO_(7)∶Sm_(0.01)^(3+)色纯度约为92.7%,相关色温为1738K。该系列荧光粉在404nm处可被有效激发,是一种极具应用前景的新型白光LED用橙红色荧光材料。A series of novel phosphate orange red phosphors,Cd_(3-x)BPO_(7)∶Sm^(3+)_(x)(x=0.005~0.05) were successfully synthesized from high-temperature solid-state synthesis.The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray powder diffractometer,fluorescence spectrometer,and analyzed by the Rietveld refinement.The results shown that the grain size of the sample Cd_(2.99)BPO_(7)∶Sm_(0.01)^(3+) was about 100 μm,and the elements were uniformly distributed.The Rietveld refinement patterns of Cd_(2.99)BPO_(7)∶Sm_(0.01)^(3+) crystallized in a orthorhombic unit cell fitted well with the observed XRD results.The optimal concentration of Sm^(3+) was about 1%.The concentration quenching mechanism was verified to be electric dipole-electric dipole interaction.In addition,the color coordinates of Cd_(3)BPO_(7)∶Sm^(3+) were calculated,which belonged to orange red light-emitting area.Cd_(2.99)BPO_(7)∶Sm_(0.01)^(3+) had a higher color purity(about 92.7%) and lower correlated color temperature(1738 K).The phosphor could be efficiently excited by 404 nm,which was a novel orange red phosphor for white LED.
