摘 要:采用SiC微粉和聚氨酯对环氧树脂进行增强、增韧改性,研究SiC微粉和聚氨酯掺量对环氧树脂力学性能和抗冲蚀磨损性能的影响。实验结果表明,SiC微粉的掺入在一定程度上提高了环氧树脂试样的拉伸强度、冲击韧性和邵氏硬度,而聚氨酯的掺入降低了环氧树脂的拉伸强度和邵氏硬度,但提高了其冲击韧性;SiC微粉和聚氨酯P24F协同改性,使环氧树脂试样的最大冲蚀率出现角度由60°下降到45°,表现出半塑性材料的冲蚀特性;在不同冲蚀条件下,当SiC微粉掺量为5%、聚氨酯P24F掺量为12.5%时,改性环氧树脂的冲蚀率均最低,表现出良好的冲蚀抗力。The epoxy resin(EP) was reinforced and toughened by SiC micro powder and polyurethane(PU).The effects of the content of SiC micro powder and polyurethane on the mechanical properties and erosion wear resistance of EP were studied.The results showed that the addition of SiC can improve the tensile strength,impact toughness and shore hardness of the EP samples to a certain extent,while the addition of PU reduced the tensile strength and shore hardness of the EP,but increased the impact toughness.Synergistic modification of SiC and PU P24 F made the maximum erosion rate angle of the samples decreased from 60° to 45°,showing the erosion characteristics of semi-plastic materials.Under different erosion conditions,when the content of SiC was 5% and PU P24 F was 12.5%,showed the lowest erosion rate,and showed good erosion resistance.
