摘 要:以天然高分子壳聚糖纤维为原料,制备了载银壳聚糖复合抗菌纤维,采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线能量色散谱仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪对复合抗菌纤维的形貌及结构进行了表征,探讨了吸附过程的动力学及热力学特性,并测试了复合抗菌纤维的抗菌性能。结果表明,银离子能够负载到壳聚糖纤维表面,吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型,可用Freundlich吸附等温线拟合,属于既有物理吸附也有化学吸附的自发放热反应,最佳吸附时间为60min,吸附平衡时间为180min,理论饱和吸附量为162.34mg/g,最佳反应温度为30℃,最佳pH=6。复合抗菌纤维抗菌性能良好,18h对金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌抑菌率可达100%。Silver(Ag) loaded chitosan(CS) composite antibacterial fiber was prepared from natural polymer chitosan fiber.The morphology and structure of the sample were characterized by SEM,EDS,FT-IR and XRD.The antibacterial properties of the sample were tested,and the kinetic and thermodynamic analysis of the adsorption process were discussed.The results showed that Ag ions were loaded onto CS fibers.The adsorption performance analysis showed that the adsorption kinetic process was in accordance with the pseudo second order kinetic model,it can be fitted by Freundlich isotherm,including physical adsorption and chemical adsorption spontaneous exothermic reaction.The optimal adsorption experiment time was 60 min,the adsorption equilibrium time was 180 min,the theoretical saturated adsorption capacity was 162.34 mg/g,the optimal reaction temperature was 30℃,and the optimal adsorption pH=6.The antibacterial test showed that Ag-CS fiber had good antibacterial properties,100% antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.
