摘  要:氢能及氢燃料电池是我国当前重点发展的技术之一。经济且安全的储氢压力容器是推动氢能产业走向产业化、实用化的关键。国外的塑料内胆碳纤维全缠绕复合气瓶技术已基本成熟,但国内对此研究较少。塑料内胆在35~70MPa的高压氢环境中,与氢气的相容性、抗氢气渗透性及抗老化性能是内胆材料考虑的关键因素。简要介绍了国外对内胆材料的品种选择及相关性能研究的研究进展。Hydrogen energy and hydrogen fuel cell are one of the most important technologies in my country.Economical and safe hydrogen storage pressure vessels are the key to promoting the industrialization and practicality of the hydrogen energy industry.The technology of foreign carbon fiber fully-reinforced composite tank with plastic liner is basically mature,but domestic research on this is less.In the high-pressure hydrogen environment of 35~70 MPa,the compatibility of the plastic inner liner with hydrogen,the resistance to hydrogen permeability and the anti-aging performance are the key factors considered for the inner liner material.The foreign research progress on the selection of liner materials and related properties were briefly introduced.
