摘  要:玻璃纤维是一种无机非金属纤维材料,具有耐热、耐化学稳定性和机械性能好等特点。采用连续拉丝工艺生产的玻璃纤维棉毡呈三维杂乱网状结构,孔隙率高,可作为过滤、吸音、保温、增强等材料使用。但是玻璃纤维棉毡存在蓬松性差、容重大的问题,而熔喷非织造材料也存在相同的问题。为了改善熔喷非织造材料的蓬松性,将短纤维作为插层结构引入到熔喷非织造材料中,形成高蓬松性和高孔隙率的插层熔喷非织造材料。插层熔喷非织造材料整体为"Z"型结构,具有优良的吸音、保暖和过滤性能。相应的短纤插层技术可以引入到玻璃纤维棉毡工艺中,进一步改善玻璃纤维棉毡的性能。Glass fiber is an inorganic nonmetallic fiber material,which has the characteristics of heat resistance,chemical stability and good mechanical properties.The glass fiber felt produced by continuous drawing process has a 3 D structure and high porosity,which can be used as filtration,sound-absorption,thermal-insulation,reinforced and other materials.However,the glass fiber felt has the problems of poor fluffiness and high volume weight,and the melt-blown nonwovens also has the same problems.In order to improve the fluffiness of melt-blown nonwovens,short fibers as the intercalation structure were introduced into the nonwovens to form an intercalated melt-blown nonwovens with high fluffiness and porosity.The intercalated structure was similar to the shape of “Z”,which had the excellent sound-absorption,thermal-insulation and filtration performance.The corresponding staple fiber intercalation technology can be introduced into the glass fiber felt process to further improve its properties.
