《筹边纪略》中的中华民族共同体意识

摘　　要：习近平总书记在中央第七次西藏工作座谈会上强调"要挖掘、整理、宣传西藏自古以来各民族交往交流交融的历史事实"。1917年3月刊行的《筹边纪略》是清末民初西藏方志的典型代表,对我国川边藏地特有的风貌和发展情况均有详细记载,包括地理气候、风土人情等。在《筹边纪略》中包含关于发展经济、改善民生、固边兴藏、富国强兵之策,蕴含了中华民族共同体意识的前期理论自觉和铺垫,体现了中华民族共同体意识下各民族及其成员对共同命运、共同利益、共同文化、共同政治生活的集体意识。General Secretary XI Jin-ping emphasized at the Seventh Central Tibet Work Symposium that"it is necessary to excavate,organize and publicize the historical facts of exchanges and integration of various ethnic groups in Tibet since ancient times".Published in March 1917,"Chou Bian Ji Lue"is a typical representative of Tibetan local chronicles in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of my country.The"Strategy for Preparing Borders and Discipline"includes strategies for developing the economy,improving people’s livelihood,strengthening borders and revitalizing Tibet,and enriching the country and strengthening the army.It contains the early theoretical consciousness and foreshadowing of the consciousness of the Chinese nation’s community,and reflects the consciousness of the Chinese nation the collective consciousness of its members about a common destiny,common interests,common culture,and common political life.
