摘  要:以氧化铝纤维为增强体,采用缠绕成型工艺制备氧化铝纤维/石英基体(Al_(2)O_(3f)/SiO_(2))和氧化铝纤维/氧化铝涂层/石英基体(Al_(2)O_(3f)/Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2))氧化物纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料。测试1200℃下的弯曲强度,用电子显微镜(SEM)观察断口微观形貌。结果表明:氧化铝涂层可有效抑制石英基体与氧化铝纤维间的强结合,在1200℃下弯曲强度为143 MPa,远高于无氧化铝涂层的Al_(2)O_(3f)/SiO_(2)复合材料的弯曲强度(75 MPa)。Alumina fibers reinforced quartz substrate(Al_(2)O_(3f)/SiO_(2))and alumina fibers reinforced quartz substrate with alumina coating(Al_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3f)/SiO_(2))ceramic matrix composites were fabricated by winding process with alumina fibers as reinforced fibers.The bending strength under 1 200℃was studied,and the fracture microscopic morphology was characterized by electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the strong interaction between the alumina fibers and quartz substrate is effectively inhibited by alumina coating.The bending strength of Al_(2)O_(3f)/Al_(2)O_(3f)/SiO_(2)at 1 200℃is 143 MPa,which is far higher than that of Al_(2)O_(3f)/SiO_(2)composite(75 MPa).
