摘 要:为获得碳纤维增强复合材料(carbon fibre reinforced plastics,CFRP)受低速冲击时的损伤情况,对环氧基CFRP层合板进行抗冲击及损伤容限性能试验。为获取不同冲击能量下CFRP层合板的低速冲击响应信息,对CFRP层合板进行低速冲击试验,基于试验结果进行层合板低速冲击损伤形式、损伤机理及能量响应和冲击损伤形貌分析;为确保复合材料结构的耐久性和损伤容限,进行冲击后压缩试验,分析CFRP的损伤阻抗和损伤容限。结果表明:冲击能量在冲击过程中被吸收或转化,CFRP层合板的分层阈值和冲击能量无关,与材料的属性及成型工艺相关;CFRP层合板的冲击能量-凹坑深度曲线与凹坑深度-剩余压缩强度曲线拐点位置一致,且拐点对应的凹坑深度不超过BVID规定的凹坑深度。In order to obtain the damage condition of carbon fiber reinforced composite materials(CFRP)subjected to low-velocity impact,an experimental study on the impact resistance and damage tolerance performance of epoxy-based CFRP laminates were conducted. In order to obtain low-speed impact response information of CFRP laminates under different impact energy,low-velocity impact tests were performed on CFRP laminates. Based on the test results,the low-velocity impact damage form,damage mechanism,energy response and impact damage morphology of laminate were analyzed. In order to ensure the durability and damage tolerance of composite structure,a compression test after impact was performed to analyze the damage resistance and damage tolerance performance of CFRP. The results show that the impact energy is absorbed or converted during the impact process. The delamination threshold of CFRP laminates is not related to impact energy,but related to properties of material and molding process. The impact energy-pit depth curve and pit depth-of CFRP laminates. The positions of the inflection points of remaining compressive strength curve are consistent,and pit depth corresponding to inflection point does not exceed pit depth specified by BVID.
