摘  要:洗浴废水是生活中一种常见的低品位热源,由于其温度相对较高,因而具有较大的热能回收利用空间。为利用洗浴废水的余热,降低家庭制备热水的能耗,结合家庭洗浴地漏的相关结构特征,设计了一种针对家庭洗浴废水的余热回收装置。该装置高约180 mm,主体为铜制换热盘管,以具有短时间蓄水功能的地漏芯为辅,保证洗浴废水的热量通过换热盘管有效传递给自来水,实现预热自来水的目的。通过经验公式计算和Fluent数值模拟计算的方式,验证了其换热的有效性。通过对数值模拟结果进行分析,得出该装置的换热特性。并对其进行节能计算。该装置的最高综合换热系数约为1019.35 W/(m^(2)·K),普通家庭利用该装置全年可回收6×10^(5)kJ的热量。Bath wastewater is a common low-grade heat source in life.Because of its relatively high temperature,it has a large space for heat energy recovery and utilization.In order to make use of the waste heat of bath wastewater and reduce the energy consumption of domestic hot water preparation,a waste heat recovery device for the domestic bath wastewater is designed,combined with the structural characteristics of the floor drain of the family bath.About 180 mm,the main body of the device is copper heat transfer coil,supplemented by floor drain core with short time water storage function,to ensure that the heat of bath wastewater is effectively transferred to tap water through heat transfer coil.To achieve the purpose of preheating tap water,by means of empirical formula calculation and fluent numerical simulation calculation,the effectiveness of heat transfer is verified.By analyzing the numerical simulation results,the heat transfer characteristics of the device are obtained.And the energy saving calculation is carried out.The maximum comprehensive heat transfer coefficient of the device is about 1019.35 W/(m^(2)·K),ordinary families can recover 6×10^(5)kJ of heat in the whole year.
