摘 要:通过对青岛某商业综合体项目设计参数下的全年能耗模拟,LEED(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design能源与环境设计先锋)认证要求的美国ASHRAE 90.1-2010附录G方法下的全年能耗模拟,分别建立设计模型和基准模型。根据设计模型和基准模型,分析项目总能耗和各分项用能情况,并提出了降低建筑能耗的相关节能优化建议。基于青岛当地峰谷电价和燃气价格,将各类能源按发电耗煤法折算为一次能源标煤,预测项目全年总能耗费和节费率。此外,针对青岛寒冷气候区,分析几种常见外墙和外窗的热工性能对建筑能耗和能耗费用的影响。最终综合考虑工程造价因素,通过控制变参数方法模拟常见不同参数下建筑能耗的差异,确认最佳外墙构造和外窗参数选型,为今后寒冷地区建筑的外墙构造、外窗选型定位提供参考。The design model and the baseline model are established through the annual energy consumption simulation under the design parameters of a commercial complex project in Qingdao,and American ASHRAE 90.1-2010 Appendix G method required by the LEED(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)certification requirements,respectively.According to the design model and baseline model,the total energy consumption of the project and the energy consumption of each sub-item are analyzed,and relevant energy-saving optimization suggestions for reducing building energy consumption are proposed.Based on the local time-of-use electricity prices and gas prices,various energy sources are calculated by converting into standard coal according to the coal consumption method for power generation,and the total energy consumption and saving-rate of the project throughout the year are predicted.Additionally,for the cold climate zone of Qingdao,the thermal performance of several common exterior walls and exterior windows is analyzed for building energy consumption and energy consumption costs.Cost factors are considered comprehensively,to select the best exterior wall structure and exterior window by simulating under different parameters by the control of variable parameter method.Providing reference for type-positioning of exterior wall structure and exterior window of buildings in cold areas in the future.
