变截面管道内爆炸载荷作用下固-液-固隔层结构响应数值模拟研究

摘  要:为探究爆炸载荷作用下固-液-固隔层结构的破碎特性,针对具有固-液-固隔层结构的变截面管道工况,基于欧拉-拉格朗日耦合(Euler-Lagrangian coupling method,CEL)方法建立爆炸载荷-隔层流固耦合模型,对爆炸载荷作用下固-液-固隔层结构的响应特性进行数值模拟。在分析爆炸冲击作用下固-液-固隔层结构的响应过程基础上,重点探究了液体隔层厚度和固体隔层材料脆性对隔层破碎特性的影响。研究结果表明:固-液-固隔层结构的破碎过程主要由前固体隔层变形阶段、液体隔层震荡阶段和后固体隔层阻滞阶段三部分组成,固体隔层的形变和液体冲击波的传播是影响固-液-固隔层结构的主要因素,且由于后端固体隔层的阻滞影响,使得在液体隔层中传播的应力波反射形成稀疏波,在爆炸气流运动的反方向产生"中心射流现象"。To explore under explosion loading solid-liquid-solid interlayer response characteristics of the structure,the numerical simulation method,with solid-liquid-solid insulation layer of the structure of the working condition of variable cross-section tube,based on the euler-Lagrange coupling method to establish the explosion shock wave-laminar flow and solid coupling model,the explosion shock wave in solid-liquid-solid is used to numerically simulate the transmission characteristics of interlayer structure.The response process of solid-liquid-solid interlayer structure under the impact of explosion is analyzed.On this basis,the effects of the length of liquid interlayer and the brittleness of solid interlayer on the fracture characteristics of interlayer are emphatically explored.The research results show that the solid-liquid-solid insulation layer structure of crushing process is mainly composed of solid interlayer deformation stages,liquid barrier before storming phase and solid barrier block after stage of three parts,the deformation of solid insulation layer and the liquid shock wave propagation is affect the solid-liquid-solid insulation layer structure,the main factors and as a result of the back-end solid barrier block effect,in the spread of the liquid in the interlayer stress wave reflection rarefaction wave formation,the explosion airflow movement in the opposite direction of jet flow phenomenon center.
